Teresa Young here—your marketing strategist, digital course creator, and technology founder. A little more about me, I am a hairstylist of 24 years, a mom of 3, and I’m pretty tech-savvy at this point. “ I must say”!
My desire to grow my business by using online technology came to me when I was years into my career and my health was being compromised after long workdays in the salon. I had reached a point where I knew that my job was literally shaving years off my life. Carpal tunnel, tendonitis, arthritis, and chemical-induced asthma began to control my everyday life in and out of the salon.

I was desperate to find a way to make money without physically being in the salon, exposed to chemicals, while on my feet doing hair. I knew I needed to find a way to make more money yet I wanted to stay in the industry I loved so much! I really just wanted to make money while I slept, “ I bet you’ve felt this way a time or two”!?
During my endless hours of searching for a solution, I came across online digital course creations, “WOW, what a brilliant Idea”!! I was blown away by the potential to generate more income, the capability to share my expertise with the world, all while empowering others within the beauty industry.

I’ll admit, it didn’t take long and I found a new love…empowering beauty pros to create a life they love, while making more money complemented by a career they can work from anywhere in the world.
My ultimate goal is to help you make more money without taking on a million clients or working more hours in the salon. Because we all know what it feels like to hit burn out and once that happens we aren’t good to anyone at that point! Our goal is to help others feel beautiful while keeping ourselves feeling put together as well…..We are only granted 24 hours in a day let’s make the most of it together, okay!
5 years later from the day my journey began, I have been very blessed as I have been featured in numerous podcasts, on the cover of SoScottsdale magazine, published in several online magazines.
Over time I have been transformed from a doubtful hairstylist into a savvy tech entrepreneur and I am ready to take on the world.
